Hey Beauties! Jeg har haft en hyggelig og totalt stille og rolig morgen med Allessia, og imens hun sover sin formiddagslur, ville jeg skrive og få lettet hjertet og delt en oplevelse med jer. Vasketøjet er ordnet og køkkenet er rent, så jeg sidder og har slet ikke stress over oprydning for en gangs skyld, heh. Som regel føler jeg, at jeg skal nå det hele imens hun sover lur, så det er dejligt, at jeg lige kan tage en kop te, skrive lidt med jer og måske lige shoppe lidt online. Jeg har arbejdet med en hel masse projekter på det sidste, men jeg har en lille pause nu, inden jeg skal igang igen, så det er tilbage til nogenlunde almindelig hverdag. Her i weekenden skal jeg virkelig have slappet af og restitueret, men allerede efter nogle gode 7 timers søvn i nat har jeg det meget bedre, heh. I de hårdere perioder får jeg nemlig kun 3-4 timers søvn hver nat og det er jo selvfølgelig ikke sundt i længden og påvirker også min angst i en dårlig retning.
Her i torsdags var jeg til Zulu Awards 2017 på Olso-båden (fun location) og det er jo bare sådan det er mht. den karriere jeg har, at mange ting falder oven i hinanden og selvom man er træt, så vil man da gerne ind og hygge sig og mingle med de andre nogle gange, hvor jeg prøver at udvælge events og koordinere så godt jeg kan. Jeg havde nogle krævende dage op til eventet, men jeg havde glædet mig, så selvom jeg kun havde 30 min. til at gøre mig klar, så ville jeg da prøve at nå det alligevel. Jeg var med det samme enig med mig selv om, at mit outfit skulle være behageligt, selvom jeg egentlig elsker at klæde mig ud i parykker, kjoler, errthang til events and such, så var jeg slet ikke in the mood til udklædning denne gang. Men jeg nåede det – YES! Der var med det samme en masse jeg kendte og god stemning og folk gik op til mig og nævnte “Slip Angsten”, som lige er blevet vist på Kanal 4 og kom med en masse positivt feedback. Det er jeg heeelt vildt glad for, for der er også en masse af jer, der har skrevet til mig privat, at I var glade for udsendelsen og det er jeg bare glad for, at jeg kunne bidrage lidt til. Jeg synes jo selv, at jeg næsten er sluppet af med angsten og ellers har lært at kontrollere den. Men søvnmangel og stress kan til tider udløse et angstanfald hos mig. And you know what… det er lige præcis de ting, som jeg har døjet ekstra meget med de sidste par uger.
Det der så sker er… at jeg tager en RedBull herhjemme inden ZuluAwards, og jeg når selvfølgelig ikke at spise aftensmad. Jeg er træt, men jeg kan godt komme igang tænker jeg, for jeg skal bare bruge lidt musik og danse lidt and I am good. Vi kommer igennem security og skal på den røde løber, som i dette tilfælde er ret lang (jeg tror jeg viste jer det på Snapchat) og jeg plejer oftest at kunne lide at få taget billeder (of course altså, man er jo blogger). Jeg kan godt lide at stå på den røde løber og jeg har altid kunnet håndtere det uden problem overhovedet, og jeg ved ikke hvorfor det skete i det øjeblik jeg tog det første skridt ind på den røde løber, men jeg får FULL-ON ANGSTANFALD 0-100 REAL QUICK! Jeg kan slet ikke mærke mine fødder og det summer over det hele. Heldigvis kan jeg nogenlunde kontrollere min vejrtrækning, for jeg får også de slemme anfald, når jeg flyver og jeg prøver at skjule det jo, så ingen bemærker det. Det ville være så pinligt, hvis jeg ikke kunne skjule det her på den røde løber… ej ej ej, det kunne jeg slet ikke håndtere, hvilket jo of course of course, lige giver mig lidt ekstra angst oveni! Hvert skridt jeg tager bliver tungere og tungere og jeg bliver nærmest rundtosset. Man kan SÅ tydeligt se det på nogle af de billeder, eller det synes jeg i hvert fald. Jeg synes man kan se, at jeg har det dårligt på det her billede – man kan se angsten. Jeg tror, at jeg klarede 3-4 fotografer, inden jeg fandt et hul i midten af løberen, hvor der var så mange mennesker, at jeg bare smuttede ud, uden at det overhovedet virkede mærkeligt. Thank God! Jeg lider af panikangst og har slet ikke social angst, så det var næppe forbundet med at der var mange mennesker og blitz (tror jeg, who knows efterhånden). Men det gik mig simpelthen på, at jeg gik og troede at nu kan jeg styre det, men åbenbart kan jeg stå i situationer, hvor den pludselig dukker op alligevel, og i denne situation var jeg lidt i tvivl om hvordan jeg skulle håndtere det. Men, jer der også døjer med angst, ved nok godt… at når man har et anfald, så bliver alt omkring én ligegyldigt, for al fokus fjernes og man tænker bare, at angsten skal stoppes. Jeg prøvede at lade som ingenting (egentlig også fordi det sommetider hjælper, at man ikke giver angsten al opmærksomheden), men nogle af mine tanker den næste time var… “Jeg må tage hjem. Skal jeg tage hjem?”. De tanker frustrerede mig i sig selv, så jeg havde bare brug for at vise mig selv, at angsten vinder altså ikke denne gang. Og ca. 1 time efter havde jeg det fint, hvor jeg bare vidste, at jeg alligevel skulle prøve at komme hjem tidligere, så jeg kunne få lidt søvn, så jeg ikke risikerede at få det samme dagen efter. Nu hvor vi, her på bloggen i hvert fald, er begyndt at tale åbent om angst, så ville jeg dele denne seneste oplevelse med jer. Og igen lige påpege, at det i flere situationer har hjulpet mig, ikke at lade angsten “vinde over” ved, at man ikke tager ud, eller bare tager hjem med det samme. Også selvom det ikke er social angst man har, så kan man ende i lignende situationer. Jeg er glad for, at jeg blev og fik en god aften, for jeg tror, at hvis jeg var taget hjem, så ville jeg føle mig “besejret” af angsten, og der har været forrige gange hvor jeg er taget hjemad, så snart jeg fik angst. Når det er sagt, så er det selvfølgelig også fordi, at jeg kan nogenlunde håndtere det efterhånden og det er forskelligt for os alle, hvilket stadig vi er på.
Jeg ved ikke om jeg nogensinde kan slippe af med min angst 100%, men det vælger jeg jo selvfølgelig at tro på, og jeg tror ikke, at jeg er langt fra. Jeg har derfor også nu besluttet mig for, at jeg skal finde en psykolog (og jeg skal måske igennem flere før jeg finder den rette), som kan hjælpe mig med at komme helt til bunds i det og som jeg måske kan gå til, hvis jeg har de hårdere stressede perioder og ved, at de kan trigge angsten og måske forhåbentlig komme helt af med den. Jeg føler, at jeg er så tæt på at kunne bllive angstfri, og må indrømme, at jeg virkelig er målrettet efter at slippe helt af med den, fordi det føles muligt og derfor tror jeg, at jeg skal være realistisk og ikke tro, at jeg kan klare det hele selv. Det kan kun gavne at tale med en professionel. Det må I huske, og lov mig at gøre det. Hvis i er i tvivl om I har angst eller i tvivl om hvordan I kommer i kontakt med en psykolog/specialist, så kan I altid starte med at gå til jeres egen læge først og derefter blive henvist. Og en anden lille sidenote, da angst og depression ofte hænger sammen… Jeg har selv oplevet at nogle læger nærmest med det samme er klar til at udskrive lykkepiller/sovepiller/osv. (jeg har selv fået lykkepiller tilbudt 2 gange med det samme, dog takket nej). Ikke fordi, at der OVERHOVEDET er noget galt i lykkepiller, slet ikke. Men blot fordi I måske kan prøve, at tage et par samtaler med en psykolog først, inden man kaster sig ud i det andet. Jeg er jo selvfølgelig ikke læge, og det er bare et lille råd fra mig, og I skal klart gøre det som er bedst for jer selv. Jeg har blot selv oplevet og hørt fra andre, der nærmest får smidt lykkepiller i hovedet efter første samtale med lægen. Men jeg håber, at I derude har fået lidt mere mod på at overvinde angsten efter programmet og kan bruge mine indlæg til noget. Jeg drikker det nemlig kun når det er helt kritisk med energien og slet ikke hver dag uha… så ville jeg have angst hele tiden tror jeg. Energidrikke er noget af det værste når man har angst….

Jeg er blandt andet en af de mennesker, der selv lider angst! Mit er så blandet med stress og depression. Da jeg så Slip Angsten, hvor du deltog, begyndte jeg at smågræde, fordi jeg kunne relatere til det hele. Jeg har panikangst og socialangst, og lige startet en blog, hvor jeg fortæller hvordan jeg har det og gør andre mennesker opmærksomme på, hvordan det er!

Selv små mængder koffein giver mig angst, ligemeget hvor meget jeg ellers er i balance.
Jeg ville aldrig i mit liv røre en redbull. Er sikker på at du får det bedre skat, hvis du skærer ned (eller endnu bedre dropper) koffein. Kæmpe kram til dig ❤️❤️
Ved ikke om det er for personligt at spørge ind til men har du fået diagnose på din angst? Har selv været ved læge flere gang og blevet afvist da de mener det vil ødelægge min fremtid, synes bare det gør det svære for en at sige man så har det.
Jeg har selv lidt at angst i stor stil og fik hjælp af Lynette Piron (Google hende) Jeg var igennem kognitiv terapi og hold op hvor det hjalp. Jeg er ikke angstfri, men det er mig der bestemmer når den dukker op! Kan kun give hende mine bedste anbefalinger 🙂 Tak fordi i siger det højt, som vi andre nærmest skammer os over. Hvor er det bare rart, at du er så åben omkring angsten og vil dele den med os andre! Det er virkelig rart (for mig) at læse – så føler man ikke, at man er den eneste med angsten. Jeg føler at jeg står i præcis samme sted som dig, og efter at have klaret/håndteret angsten selv altid, overvejer jeg også om jeg burde komme til bunds i den en gang for alle og få snakket med en pskykolog eller lign. – for jeg tænker ligesom dig, at den nok vil være der resten af livet … Og her på det sidste har den drillet lidt for ofte – og den skal nemlig ikke have lov til at styre mit liv!

Jeg lider selv af angst, specifikt 4 typer, generaliseret angst, agora fobi, social angst og panik angst og jeg fulgte derfor med i slip angsten på kanal 4… jeg ved ikke om programmet som sådan hjalp mig men det var faktisk befriende at vide man ikke er alene, og at man ikke er unormal fordi man har den her diagnose. Nu er jeg så uheldig at jeg lider af svær depression, kronisk migræne etc etc men det er ærligt nok angsten der påvirker mig mest i hverdagen…
har du nogle råd til hvordan man kan takle det?? Har selvfølgelig fået nogle redskaber at arbejde med men synes ikke altid de virker! :-/

Tak for kommentaren. Jeg synes at jeg har fået allermest hjælpe ved at læse udenlandske artikler om angst og andres oplevelser. Jeg Googlede mig til en hel masse amerikanske sites, og til sidst endte jeg med at se en del YouTube videoer med øvelser (dem jeg fandt var på engelsk og russisk), hvor det var psykologer med speciale indenfor angst der snakkede om det. Jeg har nok set ALT derinde om angst/anxiety. Jeg fandt især 1, som fortalte det så godt at det fungerede for mig – det var dog på russisk, derfor har jeg ikke lige delt links på bloggen. Noget som hjælper mig rigtig meget nu, er meditationsvideoer (også fra YouTube) inden jeg falder i søvn eller hvis jeg har meget pressede perioder, kan jeg have det kørende i baggrunden herhjemme.
Håber du har fået lidt idéer. Og jeg tænker du måske allerede går til en psykolog.

Det der har hjulpet mig meget igennem min angst var for det først at se det program du har skrevet om. Og så vil jeg give dig et godt råd (hvis du selvfølgelig ikke er bange for nåle) at opsøge en akupunktør der hjalp mig med at dæmpe den angst jeg har. Som til tider er ved at gå væk. Du skal vide at jeg synes du er en virkelig fantastisk person, og elsker virkelig alle de gode råd du giver når du skriver dine blogs.

Overvej at finde en psykolog der behandler ud fra ACT(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training) ACT er en ny terapiform, som stammer fra USA, og som er udviklet inden for de seneste 10 år. Det er særligt anvendelig ved angst, stress og depression. Jeg syntes virkelig du skulle prøve at give denne metode et forsøg, og er det ikke noget for dig, så kan du jo altid prøve en anden behandler/psykolog.
Heg har selv en søn på 8’måneder og døjer med angst og en lille depression. Jeg kan klart anbefale en psykolog!! Det har virkelig hjulpet mig. Min angst og depri, er kommet i forbindelse med min graviditet, fødsel og denne her nye rolle som mor. Men vi skal virkelig huske på hvor seje vi mødre er! Husk det! Mange kram herfra.

For mig er angsten dog blevet meget bedre siden jeg blev gravid og fødte – før det var det et helvede. Så jeg tror ikke at det er forbundet med Allessia på nogen måde. Andet end at hun bidrager til stress-niveauet sometimes, heh.
Jeg lider også af flere forskellige angstformer, og blev rigtig hårdt ramt i sommers, hvor jeg også oplevede mit første angstanfald.
Jeg forsøgte at få hjælp igennem det offentlige, men de ville have mig på lykkepiller. Hvilket jeg absolut ikke var interesseret i, og takkede nej.
Så fandt jeg en metakognitiv terapeut i København, hos mindcph, og hun er bare fantastisk!
Hun har virkelig formået at hjælpe mig videre. Jeg er gået fra at have angst hver dag, få angstanfald jævnligt, og at være sygemeldt, til at have angstfrie dage, at vende tilbage på min uddannelse (og det går endda ret godt), og der går længere og længere tid i mellem mine angstanfald.
Jeg fulgte også med i Slip Angsten, men jeg havde set fin egen video hvor du fortæller om angst, som var med til at give mig modet tilbage. Jeg var bange for at mit liv ville gå i stå, og at det var umuligt for mig at komme videre, nu hvor jeg skulle leve med angst. Men sådan har jeg det ikke længere 😊
